Vietnam fashion industry is in the huge stage of range, that's why we can find easily sewing supplies and stuff in Hanoi. In this video i'm sharing the places usually i visit to get my sewing supplies and mostly they've same area for each supplies like the sewing machine, fabrics, other supplies and tools. What my kid eats in a day is just basic meals i give for Niilo, basically breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and evening snack but sometimes need some addition depend on how long he is being awake a day. I tried to give a balance with heavy meals, more vegetables and fruits and try as less as possible give him sugar or sweet things.
